Carnival Entry Information
Entries for the carnival season typically open on July 1st and close on September 1st. You can find all the details and the link to the entry forms below.
We’ve provided a single online entry form for all seven county carnivals (Classes 1–15).
Once you’ve submitted the form, it will be accessible to all seven carnival committees, but it will only be used by the carnivals you've selected to enter.
After submitting, you'll be able to print or save a receipt of your responses for your records.
If you wish to enter any local (non-county) classes at specific carnivals, entry forms for those are also provided below. These forms need to be printed, completed, and mailed with a cheque (if applicable).
If you plan to enter different county classes at various carnivals (for example, a single masquerader in one and a pair in another), you’ll need to submit separate forms for each class, indicating the relevant carnivals for each.

By submitting your entry form, you confirm your agreement to abide by all conditions.
